  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.333 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 0.333 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, one egg, and the oil until a crumbly consistency. Set aside 1 cup of the crumb mixture for later.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and pat the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, then beat until well combined. Spread evenly over baked crust.
  4. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until topping is golden. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
