  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté vegetables until tender.
  2. Mix cooked turkey, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the sautéed vegetables and stir.
  3. Prepare the pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the turkey mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with top crust and seal the edges. Cut slits on top for steam.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.
