  • 0.5 head purple cabbage
  • 1 lb mini sweet peppers
  • 12 oz mini cucumbers
  • 5 oz feta cheese
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1.5 tsp chili flakes
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation Steps
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and toss well to combine and coat. Taste and adjust and dressing ingredients if necessary.

Notes

Optional: add grilled chicken for more protein.
