  • 1 medium lemon or lime juiced
  • 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground turmeric

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Mix together the black beans, cooked quinoa, corn, red bell pepper, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the lemon or lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and turmeric in a small bowl.
