Preparation Steps
- Place mushroom caps in your mushroom cap dish or in individual muffin tins, stem side up.
- Add one escargot into each mushroom cap.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush liberally over each mushroom cap filled with escargots.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
