  • 3 tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Pat dry the shrimp. Toss the shrimp with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat the canola oil in a skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and crispy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp from skillet and toss with the sauce mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions if desired.
