  • 1.5 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, combine sugar and corn syrup. Stir until well combined.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stirring halfway through until mostly dissolved.
  3. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto a small plate. Shape into a cookie-like round by pressing gently.
  6. Wipe out the mug. Microwave butterscotch and chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring between each until melted.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over the cookie-shaped mixture, spreading gently to cover.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes for the chocolate to set.
