  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili pepper flakes

  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stem and slice the cabbage head into 8 wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, and salt. Brush this mixture on all sides of the cabbage wedges.
  4. Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Flip the wedges and roast for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown at edges.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the wedges before serving.
