Preparation Steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and kale mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
