Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a food processor, pulse oats for about ten seconds to get a coarse flour.
- Combine oats, pumpkin puree, yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
