  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 13.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1 cups salted butter cold and sliced into thin squares

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar and beat well.
  2. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour in evaporated milk and mix on low speed. Transfer mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Place butter squares on top.
  5. Bake for 75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
