  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1.25 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container such as a Pyrex or mason jar.
  2. Stir until combined and place the top on your container.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with more peanut butter and a few chocolate chips.

Notes

Feel free to add banana slices or honey for extra flavor.
