  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Par-boil for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  4. Spread potatoes evenly on prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
