Preparation Steps
- Rub the olive oil over the pork tenderloin and generously pat on the adobo seasoning. Set aside for about 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade, and season with salt as desired.
- Grill the pork until an instant read thermometer reaches 145°F, approximately 20 to 22 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
Notes
Serve with rice and grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
