- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk well.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined; it will look like small crumbles.
- Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Remove the dough from the bowl, knead a few times until tacky but not sticky, about 20 turns.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone in the oven to heat.
- Roll out the dough into a large, thin round or oval on a floured surface.
- Place the rolled dough onto a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce over the crust, top with cheese, and bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, top with torn basil and drizzle with olive oil if desired. Slice and serve.
