- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- Slice cherry tomatoes in halves.
- Mix cooked pasta with shredded cheese and cherry tomatoes.
- Spread hummus on the inside of each bread slice or wrap.
- Layer the pasta mixture and turkey or ham slices on the hummus spread.
- Roll up the wrap or close the sandwich and cut into halves.
