Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the powdered sugar to a small bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, egg whites, caster sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until a dough forms. Use your hands if needed.
- Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough, shape into a ball, and roll in powdered sugar. Place on the prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake for 13 minutes until lightly golden. Do not overbake. Remove and cool before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
