- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. Break apart the meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
- Add diced onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped cilantro and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
