  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
