- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Set aside.
- Beat sugar, butter, and molasses until creamy. Add egg and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, forming a thick dough.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow gingerbread to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a baking sheet with foil overhang.
- Press Twix bars in two rows onto the gingerbread. Cut into 24 sticks.
- Melt white chocolate chips with oil or Crisco, then drizzle over sticks and add sprinkles.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
