Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper, allowing a slight overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, avoiding overmixing for tender blondies.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are set. Cool in pan.
  7. Melt white chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over cooled blondies and add sprinkles if desired.
  8. Once set, cut into squares with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!
