Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add in the melted cooled chocolate and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
