  • 15.5 oz yellow cake mix
  • 5.5 oz plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 baking spray baking spray
  • 48 ounces Wilton colored candy melts 20 oz used total, calculated in n.i*

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a cake pop pan with baking spray.
  2. Combine all the cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until combined.
  3. Place the batter into a pastry bag or large ziplock bag with the tip cut off.
  4. Pipe the batter into the prepared cake pop pan and bake about 18 minutes. Let it rest 5 minutes before opening the pan.
  5. Place cake balls on a wire rack and repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Using scissors, cut the seam off the balls.
  7. Refrigerate the cake balls for about 45 minutes.
  8. Melt white chocolate melts in the microwave according to package directions.
  9. Insert the tip of a bamboo skewer into the melted chocolate, then into the cake ball and dip each ball into the chocolate. Place onto wax paper.
  10. Dip the stick in melted chocolate to cover the hole.
  11. Decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with chocolate as desired.
