  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup Catalina dressing
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, add cucumbers, green onion and onion. Stir.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sugar, Catalina dressing, white vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over veggies and stir to combine.
