  • 8 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups red salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese preferably Mexican blend
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup cilantro

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  2. Pour salsa over chips evenly and top with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro before serving.
