  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 units eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3.5 tablespoons butter melted
  • 12 pcs strawberries
  • 12 tablespoons whipped cream

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Add the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Blend and set aside.
  3. Crush the graham crackers and mix with the melted butter.
  4. Press the crumbs into the pan, dividing equally between each cavity.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture right on top of the crumbs, until it's 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for about 30-32 minutes.
  7. Let stand to cool for 15-20 minutes, then refrigerate about one hour.
  8. Add fruit, whipped cream (1 T per cake), and anything else you like before serving.
