  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 oz Butter melted
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini muffin cups or a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Fill each cup or spread the filling over the crust in the dish with the cream cheese mixture, then top with chopped strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set the bites.
