- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form crust, and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour filling over prepared crust and bake for 60 minutes until set.
