  • 24 oz Cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter melted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form crust, and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over prepared crust and bake for 60 minutes until set.

Notes

This cheesecake pairs well with fresh berries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
