  • 14 cups popped plain popcorn
  • 1 ounce caramel candies unwrapped
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips melted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pop the popcorn according to package instructions. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Melt the caramel candies with butter over medium-low heat until smooth. Pour over popcorn and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Shape the coated popcorn into balls using greased hands and place on a tray lined with wax paper.
  4. Dip each popcorn ball into melted chocolate and place back on wax paper. Allow to set before serving.

Notes

Serve once the chocolate has hardened for the best experience.
