Preparation Steps
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer on medium speed until blended (about 2 to 3 minutes). Add in eggs and blend until smooth.
- Melt the caramels with milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the graham cracker crust. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the caramel layer.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
