  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup salted butter
  • 0.666 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 3.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Add sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium high. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in butterscotch chips. Stir in oats and coconut.
  3. Let cool 5 minutes. Drop by teaspoonful onto a piece of wax paper. Let cool for 2 to 3 hours before eating.
