Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 6 slices raisin bread
  • 0.25 cups salted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cups mixed berries
  • 0.5 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread butter over both sides of the bread slices.
  3. Push each slice of bread into a muffin pan. You’ll have to push it in to fit (and don’t worry if it rips a little).
  4. Stir sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top of each bread cup.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin pan.
  6. Add a dollop of yogurt to the centre of each bread cup. Top with berries.
