Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture on each tortilla, then add a spoonful of seasoned beef. Roll tightly and place seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm with optional toppings.

These taquitos are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
