Preparation Steps
- Select the saute mode on your pressure cooker, heat it up, spray with oil, add ground beef and salt, and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add onion, celery, and carrot to the pot, sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cabbage, beef stock, and bay leaves. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove bay leaves and serve hot.

This soup is perfect for a filling meal and can be stored for leftovers.
