  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 large garlic clove garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0.75 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Slowly add olive oil while whisking constantly until fully emulsified.
  2. Transfer the vinaigrette to a jar or container, cover, and refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Enjoy!
