Preparation Steps
- Cut avocados in half, remove Pit, and scoop into a bowl. Mash with a fork leaving some chunks.
- Add lime juice, minced red onion, garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in chopped tomato if using. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapenos.
