  • 15.25 ounce tropical fruit cocktail
  • 15 ounce mandarin oranges
  • 10 ounce maraschino cherries
  • 8 ounce pineapple tidbits
  • 1.5 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1.5 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 8 ounce whipped topping
  • Mint leaves, optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large serving bowl, mix together the tropical fruit, oranges, cherries and the pineapple tidbits until combined.
  2. Add in the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows and gently toss to combine.
  3. Gently mix in the yogurt until all the fruit is evenly coated.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint leaves.
