  • 4 pounds turkey breast (on the bone with skin, ribs removed)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 0.5 tablespoons dry turkey or poultry seasoning preferably Bell’s with no salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rub 1/2 tablespoon of oil all over the turkey breast. Season both sides with salt and turkey seasoning then rub in the remaining half tablespoon of oil over the skin side.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Place the turkey breast skin side down and cook for 20 minutes. Turn over and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160F, about 30 to 40 minutes more depending on the size. Rest 10 minutes before carving.
